Ralph Fisher, 85 of New Castle, went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2020. He was preceded in death by parents, Goode and Hallie Ratcliff Fisher and brother, Albert Fisher.
He is survived by wife of 62 years, Dorothy Fisher; children, Wanda (Frank) Reynolds, Shelia (Roger) St. Clair, and Carolyn Ward; grandchildren, Heather (Chris) Stevens, Dale (Kim) St. Clair, Lucy (Jacob) Quaintance, Justin (Brittany) St. Clair, Janet Alls, Kara (Reid) Robertson, Miranda Ward; great-grandchildren, Mason and Maia Alls, Camryn, Noah, Addison and David Stevens, Isabella, Kipton and McKinlea St. Clair, and Christian Robertson; sister, Thelma Fisher; numerous special nieces and nephews and many special friends.
Funeral Services, officiated by Pastor Lee Looney, were held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4, at Paitsel Funeral Home. Interment followed at Level Green Christian Church Cemetery. The family received friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, February 3, at Paitsel Funeral Home.
