Billy Lee, Commander of Post 4491 in Craig County, recently presented Andrea Jennings with a check from the District VFW for winning not only the local Elementary Teacher of the Year, but also District. Jennings, who has been a teacher in Craig County for 30 years, was greatly appreciative.
