County, Virginia: Parcel 1: Tax Map #:117-1-B A tract or parcel of real estate lying and being in Craig County, Virginia, and designated as Lot Number Two (2) of the Frank T. Antrim property containing one acre more or less, and more particularly described as follows:

Ray, et ux, by deed dated September 4, 2001, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Craig County, Virginia, in Deed Book 124, page 441. BEING the same property that passed by intestate succession to the Grantors herein as reflected in List of Heirs, Court File #:170000010, recorded in the aforesaid Clerk’s Office.
