Florence Marie Thomas-Francisco, 96, of New Castle, passed away peacefully, Sunday, June 16, 2019. She is survived by her husband Eugene B. Francisco, 97; and 4 children, 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held on August 3 in the Craig Valley Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Visitation will occur at 10 a.m. and service will begin at 11 a.m.
