An excellent meal was recently served for only $10 and included homemade desserts and a drink of choice. “This is better than K&W,” one attendee said.
“Over 6,000 was cleared from the meals sold, the raffle and donations,” noted Angie Beane. It was a lot of hard work, but it was worth it.”
The FD is in need of a very expensive truck and still has a long way to go. “We had a large crowd this year and were very happy to see people enjoy themselves,” added Beane.
