Norman R. Moore Jr., 72 of New Castle, passed away March 26, 2018.He was preceded in death by parents; Norman Sr. and Mary Moore.
He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Connie Moore, son; J.P. Moore, granddaughter; Elizabeth Moore, brother; Jim Moore and wife Debbie, nephew; Jason Moore, stepchildren; Heather (Troy) Duncan, Holly Logan, grandchildren; Tanner and Drew Duncan, Connor Carper and Carter Logan.
