Beginning Monday, parking will be enforced throughout Radford.
A parking space in a business district is directly correlated to economic development, as one open on-street parking space is valued at $20,000 per year in revenue to local businesses and the local government.
The parking regulations will improve customer access to businesses in the district. Long-term parking remains available for business owners and employees in the Third Avenue Lot. Please abide by the marked parking regulations, as the Radford City Police Department will be increasing enforcement on the streets, as well as in the marked parking lots.
