Cordelia C. Almoney, 82, of York, Pennsylvania, formerly of New Castle went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 22. She is preceded in death by her first husband James W. Watkins, parents; Rush and Mabel Crowder and sister; Gladys Trivette.
She is survived by loving husband Robert (Bob) Almoney, son; Teddy Watkins, daughter and fiancé; Judith (Judy) Watkins and Craig Sample, grandson; Jestin Watkins, great-grandson; Dakota Watkins, sister; Phyllis Caldwell, numerous nieces and nephews in addition to her kitties; Micah and Zoe. A funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, at Hebron United Methodist Church with Danny Kessler officiating. Interment followed at Hebron Church Cemetery.
